SUPPLEMENT FACTS: One capsule contains on average 1053mg of Starflower Oil providing approximately 230mg of GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid).

INGREDIENTS:Starflower oil (Borago officinalis), Capsule Shell: Gelatine, Glycerin; Antioxidant: Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol).

DIRECTIONS: Take one or two capsules a day with water before bedtime. NOTE: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
